<![CDATA[BetMGM UK review - is it any better than the US version or just rebranded?]]>So I've been hearing loads about BetMGM UK launching properly here. Anyone actually tried it yet? I'm curious if it's genuinely different from their US operation or just another rebrand with the same old software underneath.

Looking at their marketing, they're positioning themselves as premium but I'm wondering if it lives up to the hype. Specifically interested in their live casino offering since that's become my go-to lately.

Unless they're offering something genuinely innovative, why switch from what works?

I did the maths on loyalty point accumulation:
Points Per Pound = Base Rate × Game Multiplier × VIP Level Multiplier
BetMGM: 1 × 0.1 × 1.5 = 0.15 points/£
Bet365: 1 × 0.2 × 1.2 = 0.24 points/£

The numbers don't lie - established sites still offer better long-term value.

Here's something interesting:

Expected Value = (Probability of Win × Win Amount) - (Probability of Loss × Loss Amount)

For their Book of Dead slot: EV = (0.963 × £0.963) - (0.037 × £1) = £0.927 - £0.037 = -£0.073

That's a 96.3% RTP which matches NetEnt's standard, so at least they're not tweaking the games downward like some operators do.
