    • RE: I've been gambling online in the UK for 10 years - here's what's changed and my honest advice

All this slots talk but what about live casino? Evolution Gaming has revolutionized the scene. Lightning Roulette at Bet365 is mental - hit a 500x multiplier on number 17 for £1,240 profit last week.

The streaming quality now compared to 2015 is night and day. Remember those pixelated dealers at 888?

    • RE: Best gambling sites UK overall - after all the regulation, which ones still offer real value?

6 days is ridiculous @slotqueen_uk. Have you tried escalating to their complaints team?

For what it's worth, here's my experience with major UKGC sites over the last 6 months:

Site Avg Withdrawal Time Game Variety Bonus Quality Overall
      Bet365 2-3 days Excellent Poor 7/10
LeoVegas 1-2 days Very Good Fair 8/10
Casumo 1-2 days Good Good 8/10
PlayOJO 1-3 days Average Excellent 7/10
Mr Green 3-5 days Good Fair 6/10
888 Casino 2-4 days Very Good Poor 6/10

LeoVegas wins for me overall, though their customer service can be hit or miss.

    • RE: UK online casino reviews - how much weight should you give Trustpilot scores?

Can we talk about fake positive reviews for a second? I was looking at reviews for some of the smaller UKGC sites like Pub Casino and found 20+ reviews posted within 2 hours, all with similar language patterns.

"Fantastic experience, quick withdrawals, great customer service!" - posted by accounts with 1 review each. Come on...

    • RE: Gaming websites UK - what separates the trustworthy ones from the dodgy operators?

Payment methods are crucial too. PayPal won't work with dodgy operators - they're too risk-averse. If a site only takes crypto or weird e-wallets you've never heard of, run.

    • RE: Low deposit casinos UK - which let you play with £5 or less and still get a decent bonus?

This whole thread makes me philosophical about gambling, you know? Here we are dissecting £2.50 bonuses and withdrawal minimums like ancient scholars debating the number of angels on a pinhead.

Maybe the real question isn't which casino accepts £5, but whether someone who can only afford £5 should be gambling at all? Just a thought...

    • RE: Best online casino review sites UK - which ones aren't just promoting paid partners?

@bonushunter1 Casinomeister definitely better than most. They actually blacklist dodgy operators.

But the fundamental problem remains - good review sites need funding, and affiliate commissions are the easiest revenue stream. Creates inherent conflict of interest.

Subscription-based review sites might work but who's paying £10/month for casino reviews?

    • RE: Best car raffles UK - BOTB vs others, where do you actually stand a chance?

Plot twist: I actually know someone who won a Mini Cooper from one of these sites. Not BOTB though - it was some smaller outfit that's probably gone bust by now.

Took them 6 weeks to get the car sorted and loads of hassle with insurance. The 'prize' came with about £3k of tax implications they didn't mention either.

    • RE: BOTB reviews UK - is it worth entering car raffles or just a money sink?

Been researching best car raffles uk for a while and BOTB isn't even the worst offender. Some of these sites charge £10+ per ticket with even more ridiculous odds.

At least European roulette only has a 2.7% house edge. These raffles are basically 90%+ house edge dressed up with shiny cars.

    • RE: Solitaire Cash UK review - is it actually legit or one of those fake money apps?

Am I the only one who finds it mental that we're discussing 'skill-based' solitaire for money when you can play actual skill games like poker at PokerStars Casino? At least there you're competing against real opponents, not some algorithm designed to extract maximum revenue.

    • RE: 7days.co.uk reviews - has anyone actually used this? Getting mixed signals

The withdrawal times tell you everything. Here's a comparison of what I've experienced:

Casino Withdrawal Time Verification Speed Customer Service
LeoVegas 12-24 hours Same day Excellent
Casumo 24-48 hours 1-2 days Good
Virgin Games 48-72 hours 2-3 days Average
Unknown sites 3-7+ days 2-7 days Usually poor

Pattern is clear - stick to established names.
