Anyone else notice their European Roulette tables have some odd betting limits? £500 max on single numbers but £5000 on red/black. Seems like they're trying to discourage high-risk plays.

@withdrawal_king What's their VIP program like? I'm a Diamond level with William Hill and wondering if it's worth making the switch. The perks make a massive difference at my stakes.

The real question is whether they'll eventually integrate with their US poker network. That would be a game-changer for UK players, but I suspect the regulators won't allow it.

Been testing their customer service - live chat response in under 2 minutes, agent was actually knowledgeable. That's already better than half the established operators. Sometimes the new kids do try harder.

@slots_steve Totally agree about the mobile app. It's functional but feels like a first-generation effort. Virgin Games still has the smoothest mobile experience in my opinion.

Look, at the end of the day, it's another corporate gambling site trying to grab market share from established players. Unless they're offering something genuinely innovative, why switch from what works?

I did the maths on loyalty point accumulation:
Points Per Pound = Base Rate × Game Multiplier × VIP Level Multiplier
                BetMGM: 1 × 0.1 × 1.5 = 0.15 points/£
                Bet365: 1 × 0.2 × 1.2 = 0.24 points/£

The numbers don't lie - established sites still offer better long-term value.

@jackpot_jane That's a brilliant way to compare loyalty programs! I never thought to calculate it like that. Makes me wonder what other 'deals' I'm missing out on by not doing proper comparisons.

Update: Just hit a £1200 win on Sweet Bonanza and withdrawal was processed in 36 hours. Not complaining but still not quite matching the speed of Mr Green or Unibet. The games run well though, I'll give them that.

@poker_pete_uk Zero chance of US poker integration happening. UKGC and US state regulators don't play nice with shared liquidity. We'll be stuck with our smaller player pools indefinitely.

Cheers everyone for the detailed feedback! Sounds like BetMGM UK is decent enough but not revolutionary. Might give them a small deposit just to see for myself, but won't be moving my main bankroll anytime soon. The search for the perfect UK casino continues...
