Been seeing 7days.co.uk pop up in search results but can't find proper reviews anywhere. Some sites say it's decent, others warning to stay away. Anyone here actually deposited and played there?

Looking for real experiences - not the usual affiliate nonsense. Need to know about withdrawals, game selection, customer service, the works. Cheating at finding reliable 7days.co.uk reviews that aren't just marketing fluff.

Never heard of them mate. If they're not showing up in the best online casino reviews uk lists, probably for good reason. Stick to the UKGC licensed ones - Bet365, LeoVegas, PlayOJO. Why risk it with unknown operators?

Actually tried them about 3 months back. Interface looks like it's from 2010 and customer service... well, let's just say I've had better conversations with my cat. Deposited £50, lost it on some dodgy Starburst clone, never went back.

@bonushunter1 That's rough but not surprising. Here's the mathematical reality of why unknown casinos are risky:

Risk Factor = (Deposit Amount × Withdrawal Probability⁻¹) + (Customer Service Response Time ÷ 24) × Legitimacy Score

Where Withdrawal Probability for established sites like Casumo ≈ 0.95, but for unknown operators it drops to 0.3-0.6. Your £50 had maybe 40% chance of coming back even if you won. The math doesn't lie.

Hold up - are we talking about the same site? I've been using them for 2 months, no major issues. Withdrawals take 3-4 days which isn't great but not terrible. They have decent Pragmatic Play and NetEnt games.

@sarah_g Finally someone with actual experience! What's the withdrawal process like? Any verification hassles? And how's their game RTP - comparable to the mainstream sites?

This is exactly why I don't venture outside the established names. When 888 Casino or Mr Green take 24-48 hours for withdrawals, why mess about with 3-4 day sites? Time is money, literally.

@casino_dan Verification was standard - passport, bank statement, took about 2 days to approve. RTP seems normal, hit a decent win on Gates of Olympus (96.5% RTP same as everywhere). Cashed out £340 without drama, though the wait was annoying.

£340 withdrawal in 4 days isn't terrible for a smaller operator. The real test is when you hit something bigger. Anyone tried withdrawing £1000+ from them?

The withdrawal times tell you everything. Here's a comparison of what I've experienced:

Casino Withdrawal Time Verification Speed Customer Service
LeoVegas 12-24 hours Same day Excellent
Casumo 24-48 hours 1-2 days Good
Virgin Games 48-72 hours 2-3 days Average
Unknown sites 3-7+ days 2-7 days Usually poor

Pattern is clear - stick to established names.

@sarah_g Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but that customer service experience still haunts me. Took 3 days to get a response about a simple bonus question. At least you got your £340 out though.

Here's the philosophical question though - how do new casinos ever establish themselves if everyone just sticks to the big names? Someone had to be first to try Bet365 or William Hill online back in the day.

The probability mathematics for casino evaluation:
Reliability Index = Σ(User Reviews × Verification Status × Operating Years²) ÷ (Complaint Volume × Average Payout Delay)

For established sites this might equal 8.5-9.2, while newcomers struggle to hit 6.0. But that doesn't mean they're all scams.

Philosophy aside, my wallet prefers certainty. When PlayOJO or Unibet are right there with proven track records, why gamble on the casino itself before you even start gambling?

As someone relatively new to online casinos, this thread is exactly why I find it so hard to choose. Every review site seems bought and paid for, forums give mixed messages. How do you actually find trustworthy 7days.co.uk reviews?

@newbie_casino That's exactly my problem! The affiliate sites all contradict each other, and actual user reviews are rare. This forum thread has been more helpful than hours of googling.

Been lurking this thread with interest. I actually tried 7days about 6 months ago - bigger deposit than most here, £500. Games ran fine, good selection from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Won £850, withdrew the lot. Took 5 working days but it came through.

@vip_player_uk Now that's a proper test! £850 withdrawal actually processed gives them some credibility. Still prefer my 32Red and BetMGM for speed, but good to know they're not just taking money and running.

Mobile experience anyone? Their site looks ancient on desktop, can't imagine mobile is much better. These days if the mobile isn't smooth, what's the point?

The mobile question hits different when you realize most operators spend 80% of development budget on mobile now. If they're still running 2010 interfaces, that's a red flag about their investment in the platform. Mathematical investment analysis:

Platform Viability = (Mobile UX Score × Development Investment) ÷ (User Retention Rate × Average Session Duration)

Established casinos score 7-9, while outdated interfaces rarely break 4. Your gaming experience suffers exponentially below that threshold.

@mobile_gambler Mobile isn't great, I'll give you that. Usable but clunky. Games load fine once you're in them though. Definitely not Betway or Sky Bet standard.
