@mike_bet Stake is solid but their RTP on some Pragmatic Play slots seems lower than other sites. Book of Dead was running at 94.2% last time I checked, when it should be 96.21%. Anyone else notice this?

The RTP manipulation thing is a real concern. When you're outside UKGC regulation, there's less oversight on whether operators are actually running games at stated RTPs.
Expected Value calculation: EV = (Probability of Win × Amount Won) - (Probability of Loss × Amount Lost)
If RTP is manipulated from 96% to 94%, your expected loss increases by roughly:
((100-94) - (100-96))/100 = 2% additional house edgeOver £10k wagering, that's an extra £200 expected loss. Significant money.

You're all overthinking this. The big non-Gamstop sites like Mystake and GoldenBet have too much to lose by going rogue. They're making millions, why would they scam players for a few grand here and there?

@poker_pete_uk Famous last words mate. Remember when people said the same about some of the poker sites that went bust in the early 2010s? 'Too big to fail' until they weren't.

The real issue isn't whether they're scams, it's the lack of player protections. No deposit limits that actually work, no proper responsible gambling tools. That's more dangerous than losing money to a rogue operator in my opinion.

@vip_player_uk Exactly this. I can handle the risk of losing my balance, but the lack of proper safeguards is what worries me. Tried to set a £500 monthly limit on Donbet and it just... didn't work. Spent £1,200 that month.

@mobile_gambler That's the real problem right there. At least with Bet365 or Casumo, when you set limits they actually stick. These non-Gamstop sites treat responsible gambling tools as a suggestion rather than a requirement.

Been lurking this thread for ages. Finally registered to say I've had nothing but problems with Harry Casino. Still waiting for a £800 withdrawal from 6 weeks ago. Their customer service just keeps giving me the runaround about 'additional verification'.

@jackpot_jane Six weeks is taking the piss. Have you tried reaching out on their social media? Sometimes public complaints get faster responses than their normal support channels.

@jackpot_jane That's exactly why I stick to the bigger non-Gamstop names now. Smaller operators like Harry Casino just don't have the liquidity or professionalism to handle withdrawals properly. Sorry you're going through that.
