Been shopping around for the best betting app for UFC UK and honestly getting mixed results. Bet365 seems solid but their UFC odds aren't always the sharpest. Looking at the upcoming UFC 295 card and noticed some significant variance between books.

Anyone found consistently better value elsewhere? I'm talking about both pre-fight and live betting. Also interested in prop bet variety - some apps are bare bones while others go deep on round betting, method of victory, etc.

Currently splitting action between Bet365, Sky Bet, and Paddy Power but wondering if I'm missing out on better lines somewhere else.

Bet365's interface is top tier but you're right about the odds. For UFC specifically, I've been crushing it with Unibet lately. Their prop selection is mental and the lines are consistently 2-3% better than Bet365 on favorites.

Withdrew £850 last month from a Jon Jones parlay, took exactly 2 days to my Monzo account. Zero hassle.

@betting_pro Have you tried the new William Hill app? Completely rebuilt this year and their UFC coverage has improved massively. Live betting during fights is smooth as silk.

That said, for pure value shopping, nothing beats having accounts everywhere and line shopping like a maniac 10 minutes before fight time.

Here's something most punters overlook - implied probability calculations for identifying value.

            If we have odds of 2.10 for Fighter A, the implied probability = 1/2.10 = 0.476 = 47.6%

For optimal bankroll allocation using Kelly Criterion:
            f* = (bp - q) / b
            Where: f* = fraction of bankroll to bet, b = decimal odds - 1, p = actual probability, q = 1 - p

If you estimate Fighter A has 55% chance but books offer 47.6% implied probability, you've found +EV. Most apps don't help you spot this - you need spreadsheets and discipline.

@james_uk Proper maths there mate, but 90% of casual punters just want to know which app pays out fastest and has decent in-play options.

Personally rate BetVictor for UFC. Withdrew £1,200 after UFC 294, hit my bank in 18 hours. Their round betting markets are extensive too.

@sarah_g BetVictor wasn't even on my radar - cheers for the tip. Just downloaded and checking out their markets now.

@james_uk Appreciate the Kelly Criterion breakdown. Been doing rough value calculations in my head but should probably get more systematic about it.

Am I the only one who thinks we're overthinking this? Bet365 has been the gold standard for years. Yes, you might find marginally better odds elsewhere, but their app stability during big events is unmatched.

Remember when Paddy Power's app crashed during McGregor vs Poirier 3? Cost me a live bet opportunity that would've printed money.

@casino_dan Fair point about stability, but that Paddy Power crash was 2021 mate. Their infrastructure is solid now. Plus their social media game during big fights is entertaining as hell.

For what it's worth, been using Coral lately and quite impressed. Not the flashiest but gets the job done.

Since we're comparing, here's my experience with the main contenders:

Bookmaker Odds Quality App Performance Withdrawal Speed Prop Variety
                      Bet365 7/10 9/10 8/10 9/10
                      Unibet 8/10 8/10 9/10 7/10
                      BetVictor 8/10 7/10 9/10 8/10
                      Paddy Power 7/10 8/10 8/10 8/10
                      William Hill 6/10 8/10 7/10 6/10

Based on 18 months of regular UFC betting across all platforms.

@mobile_gambler Decent breakdown but surprised you rated William Hill's odds so low. They've been competitive on underdogs lately.

Anyone else notice how 888 Sport has completely given up on UFC? Their markets are pathetic compared to 2 years ago.

For serious money, none of these apps matter if you're not getting enhanced limits and better margins. Once you're consistently profitable, most books will restrict you anyway.

Bet365 limited me to £47 on UFC bets after a decent run. Had to laugh at the specificity of it. Now I'm spreading smaller amounts across multiple accounts like some sort of betting money launderer.

@vip_player_uk That's the eternal struggle isn't it? Find value, exploit it, get limited, repeat. £47 limit is almost insulting.

What's the consensus on Betway for UFC? Seeing some decent promotional offers from them lately.

Betway's alright but nothing special. Their live betting interface feels clunky compared to the best sports betting apps UK market leaders.

Honestly, the real question is whether any of these apps will matter once DraftKings and FanDuel properly enter the UK market. American sportsbook technology is years ahead.

@poker_pete_uk Interesting point about US operators. Though I wonder if they'll maintain the same margins when dealing with UK betting duty and stricter regulations.

The beauty of competition though - forces everyone to improve. Sky Bet's app was garbage 3 years ago, now it's genuinely decent.

Can we talk about cash out options? Bet365's partial cash out on accumulators is brilliant for UFC parlays when one leg is looking shaky.

Made £340 on a 4-fight parlay at UFC 292, cashed out 60% when the main event started going sideways. Ended up being the right call.

@livedealer_fan Cash out is a double-edged sword though. The odds they offer are rarely fair value. Sometimes better to let it ride or hedge manually with another book.

That said, £340 profit is £340 profit. Can't argue with results.

As someone new to UFC betting, this thread has been educational. Downloaded Unibet based on recommendations here.

One question - do any of these apps offer decent tutorials or betting guides? Feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the prop bet options.

@newbie_casino Bet365 has solid educational content in their help section. But honestly, YouTube and forums like this are better for learning strategy.

Start small, focus on understanding fighter styles and matchups before diving into exotic props. The maths can wait until you're comfortable with the basics.

                                          Good advice @mike_bet.

@newbie_casino One more tip - track everything. Wins, losses, bet types, reasoning. Most people think they're better at picking than they actually are. Data doesn't lie.

Anyway, still haven't found a clear winner in terms of the best sports betting app UK for UFC. Might just be that different apps excel in different areas and the smart money is on using multiple platforms.

@betting_pro Probably the most honest conclusion. The search for the perfect betting app is like the search for the perfect investment - it doesn't exist, just different tools for different situations.

Though if pressed, I'd still say Unibet edges it for pure UFC betting experience. But that's just like, my opinion, man.
